Losing track of your bills?
This happens to many people. Part comes by letter, part through the computer, and suddenly a payment is missing that you knew nothing about. I bring order to the chaos, and you can see at a glance again what is still open.
How you get the overview back
Everything in one place
Your tax bill, health insurance and all important letters in one place, instead of spread across mailbox, computer and email. You see everything where you like it best: at home on the computer or on the go on your phone.
Pay bills with one click
Your bills appear ready and prepared in your online banking. No typing in amounts, no scanning QR codes. You check briefly and confirm with one click. Many insurers and electricity suppliers even offer a discount when the bill comes digitally.
Nothing gets lost anymore
No overlooked bill, no missed deadline. Everything is sorted automatically, and you find a letter from months ago in seconds. No digging through paper stacks, no searching in folders.
I helped build systems like these myself
During my time at a major Swiss mobile operator, I was responsible for developing digital services. I know how these systems work and where the pitfalls are. As a business developer for mobile payment functions, I learned first-hand about the security aspects of digital systems.
As project manager for electronic voting and the electronic patient record, I led complex digital authority projects and learned to understand how authorities work.
I know the technology from the inside and explain it without jargon.
How I help you with the switch
What I do concretely for you
- Receive mail on computer or phone: I set up a system so you can view your letters digitally, on the device you prefer.
- Tax bills from the canton: Canton Bern only sends tax bills digitally. I make sure you receive them and can pay them.
- Bills directly in e-banking: Bills appear automatically in your e-banking, no more scanning QR codes.
- Switch all senders: Health insurance, insurances, electricity, phone, internet. I contact all of them for you and switch them over.
- Create overview: You get a list of which sender is registered where. So you always keep track.
- Personal training: I show you as often as needed how to view, pay and file bills.
- Follow-up care: After the switch I'm still there for you if questions arise.
My guarantees to you
- You can't break anything: I'm there the whole time and handle the tricky steps.
- Switch back possible: Doesn't work for you? We switch everything back to paper. That costs nothing extra.
- No time pressure: Some need two hours, others six. Both are normal.
- Understandable language: No IT jargon. I explain everything so you understand it.
- Absolute discretion: Your data stays with you. I only see what's necessary for the setup.
